Find incentives before you pick the model
Mini-split incentives are usually tied to location, serving utility, program status, and model qualification. A high-SEER2 system can still miss a program if the rule requires ENERGY STAR certification or a separate qualified-product list.
This finder starts with a ZIP code, maps it to imported state and utility coverage, then shows which ductless heat-pump programs are current, which need ductless verification, and which catalog systems can be matched from the rules we have.
What the finder can prove
- Program coverage - state and utility rows imported from source-backed rebate records, with checked-at dates shown per program
- Missing data - ZIPs outside imported coverage are labeled as missing coverage, not as proof that no incentives exist
- Qualification - catalog matches use ENERGY STAR certification, cold-climate facts, or published efficiency thresholds where the program text supports it

Frequently asked questions
- Why does the finder sometimes say coverage is missing?
- Because imported utility territory and program records do not cover every ZIP yet. Missing coverage means SplitAtlas has not reviewed enough data for that ZIP; it is different from a verified finding that no ductless programs apply.
- Why do some programs not show matching catalog systems?
- Some programs rely on their own qualified-product list, contractor review, income pathway, or administrator paperwork. When the rule cannot be reduced to ENERGY STAR, cold-climate status, SEER2, or HSPF2, the finder does not pretend a catalog match is proven.
- Why does ENERGY STAR matter more than SEER2 here?
- Many rebate rules are written around ENERGY STAR certification rather than raw SEER2. The finder therefore treats certification as its own qualification field when the program requires it.
