Code Notes

  • Oklahoma City's current permit-fee page links Ordinance 27978. Its mechanical schedule lists $31 for a forced-air heating unit, $31 for a fan-coil unit including ductwork, $31 for Class E equipment from one-eighth through four horsepower or tons, and $46 for Class D equipment from five through 25 horsepower or tons. A reinspection is $50 and card payments add 2.7%. The permitting authority must decide which classifications and other permits apply. This is an Oklahoma City planning data point, not a statewide Oklahoma fee.
