The compressor overload protection is operating and the manual points to EEV, terminal, or low refrigerant causes.

The unit detected AC overcurrent and the manual ties this to compressor wiring, power module, or compressor faults.
The inverter detected phase current protection involving compressor wiring, power module, or compressor condition.
