What triggers it
Over-current failure of the outdoor DC fan motor.
What to do
- Use the outdoor fan-speed diagnostic procedure assigned by the manual.
- Power off, then restart the unit 2 minutes later; if the code clears, the unit is operating normally.
- Check outdoor fan rotation, fan motor wiring, PCB output voltage, and replace the outdoor PCB or fan motor according to the measured result.
Reset procedure
Power off, then restart the unit 2 minutes later.
