The Fujitsu AIRSTAGE H-series 4-Zone 36k (AOUH36KWAH4) is Fujitsu's cold-climate multi-zone, and one of only two current R-32 AIRSTAGE multi-zone condensers we can certify as active. The "XLTH" (extra low-temperature heating) designation is the story: its rated heating holds at a full 36,400 BTU down to 5F - the same as its 47F output - so a whole floor keeps genuine heat in deep cold where standard multi-zones fade.

It pairs that with a certified nominal SEER2 of 22 in the all-non-ducted configuration, EER2 13, and current low-GWP R-32 refrigerant, and it is ENERGY STAR certified. Professional Fujitsu-dealer installation; priced by quote.
