The lineup

Olivia (15 systems) - the mainstream wall-mounted line, SEER2 19.5-26, 6,000 to 36,000 BTU.

Olivia Midnight (11) - the same idea in a dark finish, SEER2 21.7-26, and the entry efficiency is higher than standard Olivia.

Astoria (13) and Astoria Pro (13) - the top of the wall-mounted range, SEER2 19 to 27.4.

Slim Duct (15) - concealed ducted from 6,500 BTU all the way to 58,000 BTU, the largest single-zone capacity we track anywhere. SEER2 15.8-21.4, which is normal for ducted equipment measured against a different bar.

Ceiling Cassette (12) and Ceiling Cassette PRO (12) - four-way cassettes, SEER2 16.7-22.6, 9,000 to 48,000 BTU.

One-Way Cassette (7) - SEER2 20.6-24, 6,500 to 18,000 BTU, for narrower ceiling runs.

What "Pro" actually buys you

Worth flagging, because it is the question a buyer will have and the answer is not obvious.

Astoria and Astoria Pro publish identical performance in our data - the same SEER2 range of 19 to 27.4 and the same 6,000 to 36,000 BTU capacities. The same is true of Ceiling Cassette and Ceiling Cassette PRO: both SEER2 16.7 to 22.6, both 9,000 to 48,000 BTU.

So on the certified numbers, the Pro variants are not faster or more efficient. Whatever the upgrade is - build details, finish, features, warranty handling through a different channel - it is not showing up in the published performance data. Ask your installer what the difference is on the specific pair you are quoted, and do not assume you are buying capability. If the price gap is meaningful and nobody can name the difference, buy the standard version.
