This is a good-value two-ton system for a big open room in a climate with real winters, installed by a pro. ACiQ is a house brand built on Midea hardware. This one is efficient, ENERGY STAR certified, and unusually good at holding its heat on a cold day: at 17F it's still making about nine-tenths of it.
It fades more by 5F, to about seven-tenths of its rated heat, and it's rated to keep running down to -13F. The trade for the value is service: fewer local installers stock and know the brand than the premium names.
