It carries a certified nominal SEER2 of 24, EER2 13, and HSPF2 10, is ENERGY STAR certified and AHRI cold-climate designated, on current low-GWP R-454B refrigerant.
Cooling is rated at 24000 BTU, with heating of 25000 BTU at 47F, 23600 at 17F, and back to 25000 at 5F. The 5F output recovers to the full 47F level - genuine deep-cold heat that does not fall off when you need it most.
