This 30k standard Olivia is a 2.5-ton head for a big temperate-climate room where cooling capacity leads. It is efficient for its size (22.3 SEER2) but its heat drops about a third in the cold (to 20,000 BTU by 17F and holding there at 5F), so it is a cooling-first, mild-winter unit.
