Concealed ducted is the option you choose when you do not want to see the air conditioner at all. The DUC09 head hides above a ceiling or in a soffit and feeds one or more registers, so the room shows nothing but a grille. On a Vireo condenser it certifies at 22 SEER2 and 9.2 HSPF2, rated to -22F, with 9,100 BTU cooling and 10,500 heating.

The catch with any slim-duct head is static pressure. These are low-static units - they are designed for short duct runs, not for pushing air across a house. Give one a long, badly sized duct run and it will underperform its certificate badly and get noisy doing it. The duct design matters more than the brand here.
