The Quantum Ultra 9k on 115V is the sweet spot in Pioneer's small-room range: SEER2 23 and -13F rated heating, on a standard household circuit. Skipping a 230V run makes the installed cost noticeably lower, and you are not giving up much to get there - this certifies better than any Diamante Pro at any voltage. Unless you regularly see -13F, in which case the Hyperformance line is 230V only, this is the one to buy.
